Call Forwarding Setup
Set up call forwarding to ensure your NovaVoice agent handles calls when you're unavailable. This way, you'll never miss an important lead or customer call.
Prerequisites
Before setting up call forwarding, make sure you have:
- Your NovaVoice agent published and its phone number noted
- Access to your phone's call settings
Mobile Phone Setup
iPhone
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap Phone → Call Forwarding
- Toggle Call Forwarding to ON
- Enter your NovaVoice agent phone number
- Exit Settings
Android
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the ⋮ Menu (three dots) → Settings
- Select Call Forwarding or Call Settings
- Choose Forward when unanswered
- Enter your NovaVoice agent phone number
- Save your settings

If automatic call forwarding isn't available, you can use carrier-specific codes.
