Quick Setup Guide
Get your AI voice agent live and ready to take calls in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Sign Up & Verify
- Create your NovaVoice account
- Check your email for the confirmation message
- Click the verification link to access your dashboard
Step 2: Create Your Team
- Click "Create Team" in your dashboard
- Enter your team name and save
Step 3: Add a Phone Number
Connect a phone number to your voice agent. You can use NovaVoice numbers (first one free) or bring your own Twilio account.
Quick steps:
- Go to Phone Numbers → Add Phone Number
- Choose your provider (NovaVoice or Twilio)
- Follow the setup process for your chosen option
- Assign to your voice agent

Step 4: Create Your Voice Agent
Click "Create Voice Agent" to begin the setup process. You'll complete three stages:
Stage 1: Calendar Settings
- Connect your Google Calendar and/or Outlook Calendar
- Configure your weekly availability schedule
- Set up special availability times
- Add 'blackout' periods for vacations / other time off
Stage 2: CRM Integration
- Connect your CRM (currently ReChat supported, more coming soon)
- Once connected, call details and lead information will sync automatically
- Configure lead summary email settings to receive daily or weekly summaries of new leads, call notes, and recommended follow-up actions
Stage 3: Final Details & Launch
- Assign Phone Number – Select the Twilio number you connected earlier
- Complete Profile – Enter your voice agent's details:
- Agent name
- Company name
- Key business information
- Go Live – Review your settings and click Save & Publish
