Botmedica Ltd, trading as NovaVoiceRealty (“Processor”), engages certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the delivery of our Services. These Subprocessors may process personal data on behalf of Clients (“Controllers”).
We and our Subprocessors may process personal data in the United Kingdom (UK), the European Union (EU/EEA), and the United States (US).
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EU, such transfers are made in compliance with the GDPR and UK GDPR, including through the use of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.
